As Venue Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of our Supporters Club's operations. Reporting to the Supporters Club Executive Committee, you'll lead a dedicated team, ensure operational excellence, and deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Operations Management: Ensure efficient venue operations, bar and bistro, compliance with safety standards, and exceptional guest service
* Event Coordination: Plan and execute events, from club meetings to social gatherings
* Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire bar and kitchen staff to deliver their best
* Financial Accountability: Use Xero to manage budgets, track revenue, and support payroll and reporting
* Customer Experience: Create memorable experiences for members and visitors
