About the Role
We are looking for casual Retail Team Members to join our Caroline Springs store. In this varied role, you will have an opportunity to learn all store operations, including exposure to back‐of‐house functions, work collaboratively with passionate team members, and explore plenty of opportunities to advance your career.
Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we require team members who can be available across the 7 days or flexibly work multiple days, including peak trade periods, to support the servicing of our customers.
Responsibilities
- Learn and support all store operations, including back‐of‐house functions.
- Collaborate with team members and explore opportunities for career advancement.
- Provide support during peak trade periods and meet flexible working requirements.
About You
- Passion for delighting customers and a growth mindset.
- Relevant experience in sales, customer service, retail or hospitality; transferable skills are also welcomed.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work multiple days, including short‐notice support for team members.
