Lead Data Strategist

You will play a key role in driving business performance by combining strategic leadership with hands-on technical delivery. This involves collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver initiatives that provide measurable outcomes and lasting value.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong technical expertise, business acumen, and a passion for enabling decision-making through data and analytics.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in data and analytics leadership roles, with proven success implementing and maintaining data strategies and roadmaps.
They will also possess hands-on experience with data governance, modelling, ETL, reporting, and analytics, as well as expertise with Snowflake architecture, Power BI, and SQL.
* Lead a team of data analysts to design, build, and deploy data solutions that meet business requirements.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
* Develop and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure data quality and integrity.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related discipline (desirable).
* Minimum five years' experience in data and analytics leadership roles.
