Job Title: Construction Lawyer
The role of Construction Lawyer is a key position within our organization, requiring an individual with strong legal expertise and knowledge of the construction industry.
This position involves providing advice on contract interpretation and administration, identifying and managing contractual and legal risks, preparing returnable schedules and attending tender discussions. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in law and current NSW practising certificate, with 3-10 years' experience in construction law and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include advising on contract interpretation and administration, identifying and managing key contractual and legal risks, preparing returnable schedules and amendments to head contracts, and attending tender and dispute resolution discussions.
Qualifications and experience required for this role include a degree in law and current NSW practising certificate, 3-10 years PQE experienced in construction law, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Key Responsibilities:
