Job Opportunity: Blood Sample Collector
The role of the Blood Sample Collector represents the face of the organization to patients who come in for health routine or life-defining health decisions.
* Accurately draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares specimens for lab testing following established protocols.
* Maintains direct contact with patients creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence by explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens skillfully, safely, and accurately.
* Performs daily tasks accurately and on time while maintaining a safe and professional environment.
Requirements
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* Medical assistant or paramedic training is preferred.
* Phlebotomy certification is also desirable.
* A minimum of three years of phlebotomy experience is necessary.
