Responsibilities
* Leading a unified team that delivers sales, service, merchandising and maintains operational standards across all product categories
* Coaching and developing the sales team, enabling them to achieve required sales budgets through the JB Hi-Fi sales process
* Ensuring the shop floor is always maintained with high presentation standards
* Maintaining stock integrity through compliance to loss prevention procedures
