About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Shopper Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of shopper behavior, category trends, and retail environments. They will be responsible for developing and implementing shopper marketing plans aligned with business objectives and shopper needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement shopper marketing plans that drive activation strategies to influence purchasing decisions at points of sale.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and retail partners to enhance brand visibility and shopper experience.
* Analyze shopper insights and marketing trends to optimize shopper marketing strategies across all channels.
* Collaborate on the execution of national and local retail programs to drive conversion and loyalty.
* Utilize syndicated data tools such as IQVIA/CIRCANA to assess market opportunities and risks, and inform decision making.
* Manage budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking for shopper marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in Business or Commerce, or significant relevant industry experience. They will also have established experience in shopper marketing, brand management, or retail marketing in retail/FMCG or Pharmaceutical industries.
Additionally, they will have proficiency in analyzing research/sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and be able to present findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
Demonstrated commercial sense and ability to identify and grasp opportunities in a complex, fast-moving environment is also essential.
