Customer Service and Fraud Detection Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service and Fraud Detection professional to join our team.
This role will involve resolving customer queries and issues while also being a first line of defense against scams, fraud, and suspicious account activity.
As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to customer inquiries
* Investigating and monitoring suspicious activity to help detect and prevent fraud and scams
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders across Compliance, KYC, Product, and Support for holistic case resolution
* Staying up-to-date on crypto-specific fraud trends, scam typologies, and crypto-specific risks
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2+ years of experience in customer service or fraud detection, with a willingness to work across both fraud detection and customer issue resolution (experience in fintech is advantageous)
* Experience working in financial fraud, scams, or crypto risk environments (preferred but not essential)
* The ability to prioritize and handle multiple customer queries or issues simultaneously without sacrificing the quality of service
* Knowledge of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to communicate with customers at both a technical and non-technical level
* A proven ability to solve and defuse difficult situations with customers
