We are looking for a skilled Customer Service team leader to deliver best-in-class customer service and sales support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and coordinate the delivery of high-quality services to customers.
2. Work directly with stakeholders to deliver superior service and results in account coordination.
3. Project manage orders and product setup, communicating requirements to prepress teams.
4. Communicate customer packaging needs through the request-for-quote process, adjusting quotes according to business rules.
5. Coordinate customer non-conformance processes, raising documentation for quality assurance and liaising with customers until resolved.
6. Identify and address aged stock records, managing allocations within business rules.
7. Support new product development enquiries, including sample management, artwork transition, mock-ups, concepts, and technical guidance.
8. Liaise with operations and production teams regarding production dates, ensuring commitments to customers are met.
9. Host daily delivery pulse meetings to ensure deadlines or misses are communicated to customers in a timely manner.
Requirements
1. Leadership experience in sales, customer service, or sales support.
2. Sound understanding of inventory management principles.
3. Previous experience delivering excellent customer service.
4. Disciplined approach and adherence to business processes.
5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office suite products.
7. High level of interpersonal skills for building stakeholder relationships.
