An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Officer to join a global reputable bank within their Operational Administration & Documentation team. The Officer will be responsible for assisting with client set-up, safekeeping and maintenance of records and documentation including soft and hard copies, submissions of montly and quarterly reports, and loan administrative duties including ad-hoc.To be successful in this role you will have previous experience working in a similar or back office operations role ideally within a commercial/insitutional bank - exposure to treasury operations, loan administration and/or trade finance is advantageous.Role & ResponsibilitiesVerifciation - filing - record of documentation Input client details accurately into internal systems Custody of security documents Input of Debt CovenantsDaily reporting & regulatory reporting Liaise and work together with internal teams such as Front Office & wider operations departmentSupport the wider Operations team with ad-hoc dutiesEssential criteria:Minimum 2+ years' experience in commercial/institutional bankingPrevious product knowledge and/or exposure to treasury operations, loan administration and/or trade finance highly regardedUnderstanding of documentation for Syndicated and Bilateral facilities High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environmentTeritary qualified
