About the role
In this role, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership across Table Games, ensuring an exceptional service experiences and lasting relationships for our members and guests. You'll spend quality time with the team to work together and drive team engagement in a responsible manner through product offering and seamless execution of operations. As a people leader, you'll inspire a high performing team and cultivate a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement You will build and maintain strong partnerships with regulatory bodies to uphold the highest standards of integrity in key areas of Financial Crimes and Host Responsibility. You will be responsible for driving performance and ensuring the overall success of the Table Games business. This includes full accountability for team outcomes, compliance, operational excellence, and delivering strong commercial results.
About you
You will bring senior level experience in gaming operations, with a strong track record of implementing and monitoring practices in a highly regulated and guest focused environment. You will possess knowledge across all aspects of casino operations and have successfully engaged with gaming regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and integrity. With proven leadership in people management and reporting, you will excel at building professional relationships with the team, peers, members and guests while fostering team development and engagement. Your expertise includes team engagement building, delivering service expectation, tables yield management, financial oversight, and performance optimisation, alongside a solid understanding of casino reward programs and resource management strategies.
