Senior Salesforce Engineer
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer to help shape the future of our customer and partner interactions. In this role, you'll design and deliver high‐quality Salesforce solutions that support our strategic goals.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
* Translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications.
* Review code and ensure adherence to best practices, security, and performance standards.
* Establish and maintain Salesforce development standards and documentation.
* Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
* Mentor junior developers and administrators, fostering a supportive team environment.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, and Lightning Flow.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud and integration with APIs and web services.
* Proficiency in front‐end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools and development pipelines.
* Salesforce Developer certifications and tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field.
* Experience in financial services or insurance is highly regarded.
