Engineer -- IT Support

What you'll be doing
* Supports delivery of the Domain strategy by driving innovation and building high‑quality software solutions.
* Applies strong technical expertise with a solid understanding of ITIL and delivery principles.
* Acts as a key point of support for internal customers within the Technology team.
* Handles and triages service requests, incidents, problems, and change activities.
* Investigates root causes and implements effective, sustainable solutions.
* Works collaboratively within integrated onshore and offshore teams.
* Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
* Collaborates with cross‑functional teams, including product management.
* Ensures solutions are delivered securely, with a strong focus on customer value and business outcomes.
Success & Key Outcomes
Confidence in handling stressful situations, a demonstrated drive to continually learn, grow and improve, excellent customer service and multi‑tasking skills, and experience with Windows OS, Apple iOS, Android, IAM/SSO tools (Entra ID, PingID, OneLogin, Okta), Google Workspace, Microsoft Exchange, and related administration.
Essential Qualifications
* Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills.
* Great practical troubleshooting skills in hardware, applications, databases, networks and a diverse array of technologies.
* Understanding ITIL principles.
* Experience with end‑to‑end delivery models (Agile).
* Experience with highly trafficked customer‑facing systems or environments.
* Experience working with tech leads to optimise delivery practices and processes.
* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and/or GCP, SaaS.
* Strong familiarity with AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Files/Storage management.
* Working understanding of basic TCP/IP networking including VLANs.
* Basic understanding of ZTNA and MDMs.
* Ability to administer and support Windows Servers including AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Files & storage management.
* Experience working in cross‑functional teams (Product, Design and Tech).
* May require occasional lifting (up to 25 kg).
Preferred Skills
* Degree or relevant certification in Information Technology.
* Experience working in Agile environments.
* Knowledgeable with Atlassian, Jira, Slack, Teams, Freshdesk, 3CX phone system.
* Competency with server and VM environments.
* 3‑5 years Service Desk experience.
