Maximizing Revenue in the Conference & Events Market

The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our hotel across the Conference & Events market segments.

* Main Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with conference bookers to deliver exceptional events.
* Develop detailed proposals to maximize revenue, covering venue, function, menu, and accommodation costs.
* Coordinate site inspections and familiarization sessions.
* Assist in forecasting sales and provide strategies to achieve targets.
* Update account profiles in database systems.
* Prepare and deliver event information to coordinators.

* 1-2 years' experience in Conference & Events sales.
* Strong focus on delivering customer experiences and hotel operations.
* Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a dynamic environment.
* Confident communication, negotiation, relationship, and networking skills.
* Australian working rights required.
