We are seeking an experienced Town Planner to lead the preparation and delivery of planning applications and advice.

* Prepare and deliver high-quality planning applications, reports, and other documentation

* Collaborate with clients, government bodies, and stakeholders to provide expert advice and support

* Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful outcomes

* Develop and implement effective strategies for building strong relationships with clients, government bodies, and community representatives

* Provide mentorship and support to junior planning staff, promoting their professional growth and development

* Contribute to business development opportunities, identifying new projects and initiatives that align with our strategic objectives

About You
\

* Hold a tertiary qualification in Urban and Regional Planning or a related field
\
* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of South Australian statutory and strategic planning frameworks
\
* Exhibit strong report writing, presentation, and communication skills
\
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results under pressure
\
* Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities
\
* Strong leadership potential, with a desire to mentor and grow a team
\
* A collaborative approach and commitment to professional integrity
