Job Title: Regional Sales Leader
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Leader to join our team and lead the development of sales strategies in the APAC region.
About the Role:
This is a mid-senior level full-time position that will be responsible for managing a team of Account Executives across multiple segments, including SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales performance, implementing processes, and executing on GTM sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives
* Implement and enforce a consistent team operating rhythm, including effective goal-setting, 1:1s, development plans, and accurate forecasting
* Partner closely with cross-functional leaders to execute the sales strategy and achieve regional ARR goals
* Diagnose areas of improvement and lead coaching sessions tailored to individual AE needs
* Serve as the most senior in-country leader, fostering relationships and representing the company internally and externally in the ANZ market
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience managing a team in a Sales Leadership role
* SaaS sales experience is essential, preferably with exposure to or management of multi-segment sales teams
* Proven ability to implement process and drive sales performance in an autonomous environment
* Exceptional skills in forecasting, budgeting, and executing on GTM sales strategy
* Strong track record of hiring, developing, and retaining top sales talent
* Knowledge of the HR tech ecosystem or related industries is a strong preference
