This includes guest transfers, tour delivery, guide training, and supporting local marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with all resort departments to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience while meeting operational and financial targets in line with Discovery Parks standards. This is a hands-on leadership role, and you will also step in as a Tour Guide when required.
