Ready to step up into management? This is your chance to take on a Pharmacist Manager role with a supportive, expanding pharmacy group operating across 60 sites. Located in the Wagga region of NSW, this small community pharmacy offers both stability and potential for future growth.
The Role
* Monday to Friday roster - no weekends
* Lead and mentor a small, dedicated team
* Deliver professional services including vaccinations, MedsChecks, and QCPP/8CPA programs
* Focus on building strong, lasting relationships with patients and the local community
Skills & Experience
* Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration
* Ideally 3+ years' community experience (motivated candidates with leadership drive considered)
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Enthusiastic and proactive attitude, with a willingness to grow the business
Salary & Benefits
* Up to $70/hr + super (depending on experience)
