• Demonstrated contemporary knowledge and ability to interpret and apply public sector legislation, directives, industrial instruments, policies and procedures to manage complex and sensitive workplace investigations into performance, conduct and integrity matters, and ensure organisational compliance and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated highly developed communication, negotiation, consultation and collaboration skills and the ability to foster and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives.
• Highly developed conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a flexible and agile approach in a complex and sensitive organisational environment.
• Demonstrated capabilities and experience in implementing organisational change and service system reform in a complex operational environment with a diverse range of stakeholders.
