Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsperson with 5+ years experience with a Perth based residential builder to become part of our continuing success.

This position requires a strong background in single storey construction, along with a comprehensive understanding of local standards and industry practices.
The successful applicant will demonstrate solid knowledge of the National Construction Code and Residential Design Codes, hold a Certificate IV in Residential Drafting (minimum) and possess experience using Archicad (Version 27 preferred).
A strong work ethic and a genuine desire to contribute to a cohesive team will be a definite advantage in securing this role.
