The Role
You're a Senior Process Architect who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll design enterprise‐level process architecture and roll up your sleeves to bring it to life. This high‐impact role involves establishing and embedding a Business Process Management (BPM) capability across the organisation, transforming how we operate and deliver for our members.
What You'll Be Doing
* Establish and embed the BPM capability, including architecture, standards, governance and tooling.
* Develop and maintain enterprise‐wide process architecture aligned to strategy and delivery priorities.
* Deliver high‐quality as‐is and to‐be process maps across complex business areas.
* Lead process gap analysis, maturity assessments and uplift recommendations.
* Partner with business and delivery teams to identify inefficiencies, risks and optimisation opportunities.
* Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels — from frontline teams to senior leaders.
* Act as a trusted advisor on process design, simplification and change impacts.
What You'll Bring
* Experience contributing to or standing up a BPM capability within a complex organisation or transformation programme.
* Background in superannuation, wealth management or another highly regulated industry.
* Strong understanding of process architecture frameworks, governance and best practice.
* Proven ability to operate strategically while delivering detailed outputs.
* Hands‐on experience in end‐to‐end process mapping.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* A pragmatic, delivery‐focused mindset — able to produce high volumes of high‐quality process artefacts.
