About the role: The Minimally Invasive Surgery Centre (MISC), home to Maguire Upper Limb, Gold Coast Carpal Tunnel Clinic and Sports and Orthopaedic Specialists, is seeking an experienced Medical Secretary / Practice Manager to join our team in Southport, Queensland. This full-time role is integral to the smooth running of our private medical practice, supporting our team of nurses, admin staff, doctors and Orthopaedic Surgeon/Sports Medicine Practitioner, Dr Michael Maguire. The Medical Secretary/Practice Manager will oversee all administrative and operational aspects of the practice to ensure efficient and patient-focused service delivery in a supportive and empathetic work setting.
