As an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals to return to meaningful engagement in occupations.
This dynamic position involves evaluating treatment and/or rehabilitation needs, identifying future employment or training options, and performing assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize specialist knowledge and skills to assist people to return to work
* Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
* Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests
* Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise
* Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return to work goal
* Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate business objectives

Requirements:
* Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP)
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
* A current Working with Children Check
* Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
