Site Administrator Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to join a strong team in Perth on a long-term construction project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the project team in processing clearances, and access approvals for all site-based personnel, as well as associated record management, document control, and data entry.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating logistics and administration tasks.
* Managing records and documents.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Required skills and qualifications include:
* Effective time management and organisational skills.
* Great customer service skills, and the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholder groups.
* Ability to work in a small team with a positive and friendly manner.
* Positive attitude, and a desire to learn and progress in this role.
* Experience working with computers, including Microsoft Applications.
