What You’ll Lead
Clinic Operations
From referral to recovery, you’ll make sure every touchpoint works. Clinics run smoothly. Rosters are tight. Phones are answered. Schedules make sense. You’ll spot the gaps, close the loops, and make it all look easy without letting the detail slip.
Team & Culture
You’ll lead a team of skilled admin and clinical staff with clarity and care. You know how to bring people with you, setting expectations, navigating challenges, mentoring with purpose, and building a culture people want to stay in.
Systems & Tech
This is a Genie environment, and you’ll need to be confident navigating it. You’ll troubleshoot daily issues, liaise with external support, and always be looking for better, faster, smarter ways to run. You’ll also bring curiosity for new systems and digital tools that could further enhance the practice.
Compliance & Quality
You’ll own accreditation readiness, site operations and clinical compliance. You know that solid systems equal confidence for patients, staff, and the broader business. You’ll make sure every process is solid, every risk accounted for, and every record audit ready, details matter. Nothing gets past you.
Strategic Support
This role goes beyond BAU. You’ll work alongside the CEO to build scalable systems, strengthen team alignment, and create the structure to support long-term growth. Planning, problem-solving and project execution will all be part of your day.
What You Bring
Experience in a senior operational role maybe you’ve been a Practice Manager, maybe you’ve led teams in healthcare or in another purpose-driven environment
A calm head, a sharp eye, and a high standard for how things should run
Natural leadership, you set expectations, back your people, and hold the line when needed
Strength with systems and processes, especially Genie
A genuine interest in improvement and a knack for seeing the next step before it’s needed
Deep respect for the patient experience, and the team who makes it happen
