The Role
Manage sales administration for all properties listed for sale
Coordinate Sales Campaigns in collaboration with the Director's Executive Assistant
Provide support for changes during sales campaigns
Process property exchanges
Assist with data entry, reporting, projects, and process improvements as needed
Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
The Candidate
We are looking for someone with 6 months + experience of reception or administration experience within the Real Estate Industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to delivering outstanding service and going the extra mile
A self-driven attitude with a passion for continuous learning, development, and growth
The ability to be proactive, problem-solve, and think on your feet!
A Real Estate Certificate of Registration
