With a strong pipeline of upcoming work across Perth and surrounding areas, we’re looking to partner with experienced Site Managers (either for permanent roles or if you are operating under their own ABN) to support delivery across a range of commercial fitout projects. Most projects run between 2–8 weeks on average, offering consistent opportunities across a variety of projects.About the Role:
As a Site Manager supporting Unita projects, you'll take ownership of day-to-day site delivery - coordinating trades, managing sequencing and logistics, maintaining safety standards, and keeping projects moving to programme.
Working closely with our teams, you'll identify issues early, maintain quality workmanship and ensure sites are run professionally from start to finish.

What You'll Need
* ABN (If your preferred engagement is contractor)
* Strong subcontractor coordination and site management capability
* Ability to manage sequencing, logistics and programme outcomes
* Strong focus on quality, safety and client experience
* White Card (mandatory)
* Valid driver's licence (mandatory)
* First Aid & CPR certification preferred
