About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Forty Winks Ballina Team Members to join our retail store in Ballina, NSW. As a team member, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience to our customers and supporting the overall success of our store.
What you'll be doing
* Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
* Assisting customers in selecting the perfect products to meet their needs
* Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment
* Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
* Handling cash and card transactions accurately
* Collaborating with the team to achieve store sales and performance targets
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the home furnishings or bedding industry - not a necessity
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
* A passion for the retail industry and a genuine interest in home products and interior design
* Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
* A positive, friendly and energetic attitude
* Flexible availability to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
