Retail ManagerBraidwood NSW Pty Ltd is looking for a highly enthusiastic and sincere individual with an amazing attitude to join them as Retail Manager at their Roadhouse- Burdekin Duck Roadhouse and Campground in Breddan QLD ****Key Responsibilities :Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.Develop local marketing and in-store promotional activities.Control the recruitment, selection and training of staff.Formulate and implement daily operating procedures to ensure store is adequately stocked, organized, and well kept.Determine which products are to be stocked and in what quantitiesLiaising and negotiating with vendorsMaintain quality brand image standards as pass evaluations.Ensure that all employees are compliant with store's operating procedures and WH&S.Budgeting and payroll.Monitor cash over / short, inventory shrinkage.Conduct store meetings as needed with employees.Prepare and analyze store reportsDaily cash reconciliation, petty cash and banking.Devise and implement promotions / advertising to maximize business revenue.Setting and adjusting the prices in line with business profitability and needsAn ideal candidate must have :Deep understanding of retail operationsStrong Leadership and Team Management skillsExceptional communication SkillsResilience and AdaptabilityExperience Required : Relevant experience in similar field.GOOD SALARY PACKAGE : (AUD 85,000 + Super)If you think you are the right candidate, please send your resume to '...' or click the 'apply for this job' link.
