About the Role
* The role is responsible for performing aircraft maintenance activities while also conducting off-aircraft maintenance and supporting operational units in industry-specific tasks.
This includes advanced systems troubleshooting, rectification, and aircraft or component modifications. Reporting to the Team Lead Component Deeper Maintenance, you will be responsible for all ARH maintenance activities undertaken by the Darwin Maintenance teams associated with your trade.
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of complex composite repairs including Carbon Composites. A high-level aviation airworthiness regulatory knowledge and its applicability in the relevant environment are essential. You should have an understanding of relevant aircraft maintenance documentation and practices as well as experience using Interactive Electronic Technical Publications (IETP).
* Diploma Aeroskills (Structures) or equivalent issued by a Registered Training Organisation;
* Knowledge and experience in complex composite repairs including Carbon Composites;
* High-Level aviation airworthiness regulatory knowledge;
and its applicability in the relevant environment;
