The ideal candidate will have experience in volume home building and possess strong people skills. This role is based in the Northern and Western Suburbs, conducting New Home Service & Warranty Inspections, preparing inspection reports, and identifying defects.
Key responsibilities include liaising with customers, suppliers, and trades, as well as supporting service and warranty administrators and technicians.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience from a Service & Warranty function (Maintenance)
- Sound knowledge of VBA guidelines and construction process
- Well-rounded skillset
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Certification in building and construction is highly regarded
- Australian Drivers License
