About the role
We are seeking an experienced Transport Compliance Specialist to support and maintain regulatory and operational compliance across our transport operations in Melbourne’s west.
This role is critical in ensuring NHVR, fatigue, and fleet compliance requirements are met while partnering closely with operations and drivers to maintain safe and compliant transport activities.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
* Ensure compliance with NHVR and HVNL requirements
* Monitor driver fatigue, work/rest hours, and accreditation
* Maintain driver and vehicle compliance documentation
* Support internal workshop with administrative tasks
* Manage fleet maintenance system
* Manage compliance data within TMS and telematics systems
* Monitor expiries, alerts, and corrective actions
* Conduct compliance checks and audits across operations
* Support incident, breach, and audit processes
* Assist with driver onboarding compliance and training
* Prepare compliance reports and dashboards
