THE ROLE:
Aerison are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor who can support projects. As a supervisor you will ensure the installation activities carried out by the Construction Team are performed in a professional, safe, diligent, timely, and cost-effective manner. You will be heavily involved with the E&I Punchlist and will be responsible for completing Final Technical Reports (FTR) for the completion of Stage 1 Construction Verification. You will assist in compiling dossiers for the Construction Verification Team to complete and submit to the Completions & Commissioning System - Hexagon.
WHO YOU ARE?
To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and qualifications:
* At least 3 years leadership experience in heavy industrial environments
* Experience with reviewing electrical drawings and documents to provide MTOs, BOMs and estimated completion schedules
* Experience with dealing with clients and various stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcome for Aerison
* Experience in the installation of Instrumentation & calibration with a Certificate IV or equivalent
* WA "A" Grade Electrical Licence
* Supervisor Training & Appointed Persons - Section 26
* Understanding of the trades and disciplines involved in site operations
* Experience in a multidisciplinary environment - SMPEI&C
* Strong leadership and communication skills, together with a commitment to achieving safety, quality and productivity outcomes
* Ensuring that all electrical work is carried out in a manner consistent with Mines Regulations requirements
* WA Electrical Licence (A-Grade)
* Valid Driver's Licence (Australian)
* Construction OHS White Card (Required)
* CPR/LVR (current within 12 months)
* Basic Fire certificate
* Working at Heights (current within 2 years)
* Confined Space Entry (current within 2 years)
* High Risk Licence
* Australian Work Rights
* Thorough understanding of site business requirements
* A strong commitment to OH&S
* Extensive experience supervising works including fixed plant maintenance, repair and installation works on mine sites
* NPC (National Police Clearance) - must be able to obtain
