About the role
You’ll be the first friendly face (or voice) that potential customers encounter, setting the tone for their Fresh Clinics journey. Your mission? Manage inbound leads, qualify sales opportunities, and close deals that drive business growth—all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You’ll work closely with our training, compliance, and account management teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term success for our customers.
What you'll do
* Engage & Qualify Leads : Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Listen to customer needs, assess their fit, and guide them through the sales process.
* Showcase Solutions : Highlight our clinic management system's benefits, tailoring recommendations to customer goals.
* Build Trust : Establish strong relationships, address concerns, and position yourself as a trusted advisor.
* Seal the Deal : Overcome objections, handle paperwork, secure payments, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
* Keep Things Organised : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and onboarding status.
* Stay Connected : Follow up with customers post-sale, answer questions, and identify upsell opportunities.
We'd love you to have
* 3+ years in ICT / SaaS sales, business development, or account management.
* A natural salesperson with a track record of smashing targets and building solid client relationships.
* A communication powerhouse—engaging, persuasive, and ready to make an impact.
* Tech-savvy, with experience in sales management / CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A problem-solver at heart—quick on your feet and always looking for solutions.
* Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a remote work setting.
