Facilities Coordinator Job Description
The ideal candidate will provide facilities support to ensure the smooth running of our Sydney office on Pitt Street. This role involves responding to facility requests, managing staff security cards, supporting parking and WH&S compliance, lodging building maintenance requests, managing offsite storage, and maintaining up-to-date documentation across facilities, reception, and catering.
Responsibilities include receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail, preparing and dispatching outgoing mail by daily cut-off times, liaising with couriers, maintaining accurate mail records, and ensuring secure handling of all packages.
This role also involves sourcing and purchasing goods and services in collaboration with the Senior Facilities Manager, managing inventory levels for stationery and consumables, processing invoices accurately and on time, and staying informed on new products and supplier options.
Additionally, this position provides professional front-of-house support including greeting visitors, managing guest registrations, operating the switchboard, coordinating meeting room bookings, maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area, and troubleshooting AV issues as needed.
