We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Production Operator to join our team at our Kwinana Beach branch.

The Role
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for contributing to the safe and efficient production of high‐quality precast concrete products. You will work closely with the Production Supervisor and Leading Hands to meet daily production targets while maintaining strong safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate in production areas as directed by Leading Hands
* Undertake mould assembly and stripping
* Apply correct vibration methods to achieve consistent product quality
* Face concrete products using hand tools (trowelling)
* Lubricate moulds safely and efficiently
* Conduct basic quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications
* Maintain equipment, tools and housekeeping standards
* Assist with minor repairs where skills allow
* Report safety, quality or environmental issues promptly
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (where licensed and competent)
What We're Looking For
* Strong commitment to workplace safety
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
* Ability to work with routine supervision
* High work ethic and practical, hands‐on attitude
* Forklift licence (desirable)
* Overhead crane licence (desirable)
* Valid working rights in Australia
Experience in precast, manufacturing, construction, or heavy industry will be highly regarded — however we are also open to training motivated individuals with the right attitude.
