Do you thrive in a fast-paced, friendly environment where quality and customer satisfaction come first?Mercure Newcastle is seeking aFull Time Breakfast Chefto join tour small kitchen team.As our full-time Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a diverse range of breakfast dishes, from traditional full hot breakfast to healthier and continental choices. You will manage the kitchen breakfast section efficiently, ensuring food is prepared on time, cooked to perfection, and presented beautifully.Key responsibilities include but not limited to:Prepare, cook and serve food for the breakfast buffetshowing variety and flairEnsure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage following stock control proceduresKeep all working areas clean and tidy.
