Airbus Australia Pacific (AAP) – Head of Sales & Marketing (VP Level)
Location: Brisbane, Australia
Responsibilities
* Drive Growth: Achieve annual Order Intake and Revenue targets across Helicopters, Military Fixed Wing, and Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS).
* Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new segments to diversify and strengthen regional revenue base.
* Strategic Branding: Develop the annual Marketing Roadmap and lead presence at premier industry events including Avalon and Rotortech.
* Operational Excellence: Oversee complex tenders and maintain rigorous CRM accuracy, ensuring activities align with global Airbus commercial policies.
* Relationship Management: Build and sustain high‑level partnerships with government agencies, key accounts, and industrial stakeholders.
Qualifications
* 10+ years of proven success in Sales, Business Development, and complex project management within the Aviation/Aerospace industry.
* Track record of leading multinational or geographically dispersed teams to achieve ambitious strategic goals.
* Deep expertise in helicopter market dynamics, ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) technologies, and regional regulatory landscape (CASA/CAA).
* Superior negotiation skills with the ability to translate complex bid requirements into tangible business wins.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or relevant Master’s degree highly preferred.
