The Role
In this role, you'll use your hands-on engineering and technical leadership to drive the design, delivery, and reliability of scalable distributed solutions, mentor engineers, and elevate engineering standards across on-prem and cloud platforms.
Your Profile
To be a successful candidate in this role, you will require:
* 5-7+ yrs software development; 2+ yrs leading or mentoring engineers
* Expert in C#, Java, Python, Rust, or similar languages
* Strong microservices, APIs, distributed systems, on-prem/cloud design
* Frontend exposure (Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter, Xamarin)
* Hands-on coding with technical leadership and delivery ownership
* Cloud governance, DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes/container orchestration, automation
* Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), scripting (Python/PowerShell), and observability tools
