Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to manage and grow our sales territory across Tasmania.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be tech-savvy, and possess a strong ability to work independently.
Main Responsibilities
* Implementing sales activities to secure new business and grow existing accounts.
* Servicing a structured call cycle, with overnight travel approximately twice per fortnight.
* Merchandising stores, including relays and new store setups.
* Building strong relationships with key customer decision-makers.
* Using data to identify opportunities and inform your strategy.
* Optimising CRM and call cycle planning tools like FieldKo.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Energetic and motivated individual with a positive attitude.
* Comfortable working independently and driving own performance.
* Confident showcasing and promoting products.
* Able to learn and become proficient in technology tools and reporting platforms.
* Strong communicator with excellent planning and time management skills.
* Physically capable of performing merchandising tasks and hold a valid driver's license.
