About The Role

As a People & Culture Graduate/Administrator, you’ll be an integral part of our close-knit team, working hands-on to support every stage of the employee experience. Whether you’re a recent graduate or have 1–2 years’ experience in HR administration, this is your opportunity to get involved in all aspects of People and Culture - covering the full employee lifecycle, recruitment, learning and development, and daily operations to keep our team and our running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

* Keep our HR engine humming – partner with our P&C Advisor to keep our HRIS (BambooHR) spotless, onboarding smooth, and farewells just as seamless and positive.
* Be the voice of P&C – own the team inbox, answering questions quickly and kindly so every employee feels heard.
* Champion our culture cycles – support performance and pay reviews, engagement surveys, and the moments that shape the BlueRock experience.
* Power up learning moments – organise workshops, craft materials, and ensure every session runs like clockwork.
* Orchestrate a five-star candidate journey – schedule screens and interviews alongside Talent Acquisition, giving every applicant a standout experience.
* Join the hiring A-Team – sit in on interviews and help us spot future BlueRock superstars.
* Turn data into insight – pull crisp reports that celebrate wins, spark improvements, and keep compliance front and centre.

Requirements


About You

* Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work independently
* Strong organisational skills with a talent for juggling multiple priorities and staying ahead of deadlines
* Detail-oriented, taking pride in ensuring accuracy and completeness in all tasks, especially documentation and reporting
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage with people at all levels
* Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
* Collaborative team player, comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Proactive about your own professional development and eager to take on new challenges


Qualification/Education

* Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Basic understanding of HR principles and practices (experience in HR administration or a related role is a bonus)
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
* Experience with HRIS systems (such as BambooHR) is a plus
* Exposure to Australian employment law or HR practices is advantageous
