About the Role
This critical position oversees the comprehensive integration and stringent control of engineering practices pertaining to all vehicle modifications and conversions. The Vehicle Conversions Supervisor will ensure that every converted vehicle adheres to strict engineering standards, uncompromising quality requirements, and rigorous global regulatory compliance.
The role requires a high degree of technical expertise and project management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical lifecycle of conversion projects, managing and collaborating with third-party engineering partners, and adhering to Ford's Global Product Development System (GPDS).
