Join our Lincoln Sentry Branch located in Burleigh Heads/Varsity Lakes as Branch Assistant and contribute to the smooth day‑to‑day operations in a store and warehouse environment. This is Part-time role Monday–Thursday, 7:30am–4:00pm, offering a great work environment, stability and supportive leader.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing friendly, knowledgeable service and building strong customer relationships
Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
Supporting day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including receipting and stocktakes
Maintaining a safe, clean, and well‑presented store environment
Assisting with promotions and identifying opportunities to upsell products
Working closely with the team to support the overall success of the branch

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a trade retail or warehouse environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
A reliable, hands‑on team player who takes pride in their work and contributes positively to the team
Experience driving a Forklift, or willingness to obtain internal competency
Confident computer skills, with experience using SAP and Microsoft Office preferred
Strong attention to detail and the ability manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and adapt to changing daily demands
A good level of physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 25kgs, occasionally
