- As the Business Analysis Team Lead you will provide strategic business analysis advice and support to the Manager Project Management Office across the portfolio of active projects.

You**Period of Appointment**:
3 years, fixed term.

**Duties**:
As the Business Analysis Team Lead you will provide strategic business analysis advice and support to the Manager Project Management Office across the portfolio of active projects.

You will develop a consistent approach to business analysis within DPFEM through the establishment of standards, templates and processes.

You will lead complex work, and mentor and support more junior business analysts and provide guidance in how to effectively undertake business analysis activities.

You will ensure that business analysis artefacts are completed to the agreed standard and achieve the outcomes of the deliverable.

**Essential Requirements**:
**Pre-Employment Checks**
- Arson and fire setting;
- Sexual offences;
- Dishonesty (e.g. theft, burglary, breaking and entering, fraud);
- Deception (e.g. obtaining an advantage by deception);
- Making false declarations;
- Violent crimes and crimes against the person;
- Malicious damage and destruction to property
- Trafficking of narcotic substance;
- False alarm raising.

**Desirable Requirements**:
Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or commensurate experience.

Experience in the delivery and management of complex business and technology related projects involving multiple agencies/organisations.
