We are seeking Manufacturing Plant Operators to join our team. As a Manufacturing Plant Operator, you will operate both fixed and mobile plant machinery to produce chemicals and packages used in the blasting process for mining, quarrying, and infrastructure projects.

It is not necessary to have experience in manufacturing plant environments. We are looking for people with energy, drive, enthusiasm, and those who share our values. We will provide extensive training for the successful candidates and all the tools needed to spark a brand new career with a global company.


- Safely and efficiently operating equipment, plant, and machinery inside our manufacturing plant (full training provided);

- Assisting with plant maintenance tasks when required;

- Performing labor-intensive duties relating to production;

- Working tightly with a supportive and inclusive team.


- A positive friendly attitude and a willingness to learn;

- Some manual handling working experience;

- Current C Class driving license;

- Ability to pass all relevant security & police checks;

- Commitment to working with safety as a priority.
