The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Front Office Manager who is proactive, positive, solution-oriented, and able to maintain composure while focusing on exceptional service. The role will lead our guest-centered team and reports to the Hotel General Manager.

To be considered for sponsorship, you should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Duty Manager or similar leadership role within a luxury resort or 5-star hotel environment.

Responsibilities include:
1. Driving guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and experiences
2. Developing talent within your team—rostering, coaching, mentoring, and fostering a high-performance culture
3. Willingness to work across a 7-day roster that may include weekends, public holidays, and nights
4. Contributing effectively within the established Management Team
5. Maintaining a guest-centric approach to service excellence
6. Managing budgets through analysis, forecasting, and controls, demonstrating financial acumen, cost control, and effective communication
About you:

* A genuine ambition for hotel collaboration with strong leadership skills and experience in driving service standards
* Recent and demonstrable management experience in high-end and/or luxury establishments
* Strong IT skills, ideally with Opera Cloud experience
* Relevant long-term and permanent working rights in Australia
* A high standard of customer service and delivery
* Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality and/or Hotel Management
* Energetic, ambitious, and committed to excellence
