Business System Analyst

* As a Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of resolving complex system challenges and driving continuous improvement across government enterprise systems.
You will investigate and resolve escalated issues from ICT Services and External Service Provider teams. You will also manage, monitor, and maintain enterprise corporate systems.
You will participate in incident, problem, change, and knowledge management activities. You will create comprehensive training packages for system users.
You will facilitate workload transition to existing development teams. You will develop work instructions and provide guidance to staff.
You will ensure that transitioned processes meet required standards. You will conduct consultations and gather business requirements.
Mandatory Requirements:
* Valid National Police Clearance (must be provided with application)
* Significant experience in business systems analysis
