• Assist with production tasks within the powder coating process under supervision.
• Work across designated areas including loading/unloading, casing, or carousel operations.
• Follow instructions from the Lead Operator while maintaining strict safety standards.
• Undertake ongoing training across multiple areas to develop a broad skill set.
• Maintain consistent productivity to meet plant KPIs and production targets.
• Perform duties requiring prolonged standing and physical activity.

• Good physical fitness, with the ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and contribute to a safe work workplace.
• Effective organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Previous powder coating experience (advantageous, though not essential).
