Your new company
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the end to end management of a commercial and retail portfolio consisting primarily of community centres, leisure facilities, recreational spaces and outdoor sport facilities.
Suited to a hands on property professional who enjoys managing active community assets and stakeholder relationships.
Your new role
Managing commercial and retail leases across the portfolio from commencement to expiry
Preparing and administering lease documentation, licences and agreements
Coordinating and negotiating lease renewals and variations
Proactively managing rental arrears, including follow ups, recovery actions and reporting
Conducting regular property and tenancy inspections
Identifying maintenance, safety and compliance issues and coordinating rectification
Acting as the primary point of contact for tenants, operators, sporting clubs and community users
Maintaining accurate property records and reporting on arrears, inspections and lease expiries
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies and internal procedures
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in commercial or retail property management
Strong hands on experience managing arrears, inspections, leases and renewals
Experience working with community, leisure or recreational assets is highly desirable
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communication and stakeholder management abilities
A proactive, solutions focused approach
Ability and willingness to work full time on site
