The Role
Reporting directly to the COO and Partners, you will manage end‐to‐end finance operations across the firm. Duties will include:
* Oversee all financial functions including billing, reporting, and audits
* Manage trust accounts in line with compliance requirements
* Handling accounts payable and receivable, including debtor management
* Process payroll via Xero, including super and tax obligations
* Manage corporate credit cards and reconcile expenses
* Prepare financial reports and provide insights to Partners
* Work within LEAP practice management system
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Proven experience in a similar role in a law firm
* Strong background in trust accounting (essential)
* Confidence working autonomously and managing end‐to‐end accounts
* Accounting degree would be highly regarded but not essential
